The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that solar panels and related components meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role performs inspections, testing, audits, and data analysis throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of solar panels and components.
- Perform visual inspections for defects such as cracks, scratches, delamination, cell misalignment, and cosmetic issues.
- Utilize testing equipment to verify electrical performance, functionality, and product reliability.
- Complete quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and work instructions.
- Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, IPQC, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct audits of production lines, materials, and processes.
- Maintain calibration records for measuring and testing equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Monday
- Friday or Sun
- Thursday weekends as needed
Weekly pay: $20.00
