• Stock and set up stations with all supplies necessary
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for service
• Maintain station par levels throughout the shift
• Keep work station clean and organized at all times
• Adhere to company cooking standards and procedures
• Assist fellow crew members when needed
• Ensure that the food comes out with high quality and in a timely fashion

• Organized and pays keen attention to detail
• Clean and good hygiene practice
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Can coordinate with chefs and restaurant staff
• Can function well under stress
• Accuracy and speed in completing tasks
• Flexible availability
• Has a positive attitude and can follow directions

• Must be able to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
