• Begin each day energized, greet teammates, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, and stay up to date on trends and promotions.
• Offer a warm welcome, create friendly conversations, and build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by restoring the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and walking the package with a sincere thank‑you.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with regular dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Can understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Can work independently and thrive in a team dynamic.
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld devices, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
