• Warmly greet customers and assist in selecting the right phones, plans, and accessories based on their needs and preferences.
• Offer detailed product knowledge and guidance to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay current on the latest mobile phone trends, features, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, timely manner.
• Accurately process transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Support inventory management, merchandising, and product restocking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in sales or retail, especially in electronics or mobile phones, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.

• 8‑hour shifts.
• Morning, evening and weekend availability required.

• Must be able to commute to:
  Arlington, TX 76015.
• Relocation to Arlington, TX 76015 before starting is preferred.

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred).
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred).

• High school or equivalent (Required).
