DESCRIPTION
The Retail Brand Representative is responsible for the in-house marketing, promotion and sale of specified products, ranging from perfume/fragrance products to electronics.
- This requires learning about the detailed history of the products/companies and being prepared and ready to communicate this to the customer as part of the overall promotion.
- Based on a broad promotional concept, the incumbent will use his/her own creativity in setting up and designing necessary displays within specified locations.
- Considerable point of sale interaction with the ultimate customer is expected and required and the ability to significantly and positively impact sales volume of the assigned product as a result, is a fundamental expectation for this position.

Weekly Schedule20 hours (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Pay$21 per hour + Performance Bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Engagement & Sales Support- Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate computing solutions.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and real-world use cases.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Promote a complete solution approach by identifying complementary products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the overall shopping experience.
- Train and educate retail associates on key product features, benefits, and selling strategies.
- Conduct informal coaching sessions, product demonstrations, and training events.
- Build strong relationships with store leadership and sales associates.
- Serve as a trusted resource for product knowledge and competitive positioning.
- Reinforce client messaging and key selling behaviors during store visits.
- Represent multiple vendor partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain current knowledge of computing products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are executed properly.
- Gather and share marketplace insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Support promotional events, product launches, and special sales initiatives.
- Deliver a high-quality experience that reflects positively on both our clients and retail partners.
- Create excitement around products through engaging conversations and demonstrations.
- Consistently represent client brands with integrity, passion, and professionalism.
- Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- Interest in technology and computing products.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers, retail associates, and store leadership.
- Self–motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting product training sessions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between store locations if required.
