Retail Associates (Full‑time) – Primary

What You Will Do
  • Provide an engaging and friendly in‑store experience to guests.
  • Build lasting relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership through attentive listening and thoughtful conversation.
  • Guide guests toward device, plan, and service solutions that meet their needs while supporting store performance goals.
  • Sell devices, plans, and services, translating technical details into everyday language.
  • Manage guest appointments and review customer accounts to recommend the best plans and offers.
  • Act as a problem‑solver and investigator, ensuring accurate and well‑documented accounts while delivering a seamless, professional experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
  • Requires the ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise when necessary.
Pay and Benefits
  • Wage: $18.00 – $18.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission.
  • Modified full‑time schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week (average 35 hours).
