, our guest services representatives are known as Joy Creators. As a Joy Creator you help guests select and order the right cake for their celebrations, ensuring orders are correct and delivered on time. You create a welcoming, generous, and joyful atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist guests in cake selection and ordering.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and friendly bakery environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the day.
