As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, {JOB DEPARTMENT} is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team.
Those who are sell motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply.

- Hourly pay PLUS aggressive discretionary sales incentive structure.
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one onone meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans,and features.
- Retain customers by provide outstanding customer serviceto new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately andwithin required time frames
- Perform up to 10 Business to Business sales outreach appointments per week.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Weekend availability required.
