We are seeking a Relationship Specialist to build relationships with independent auto dealers in the Plano or Frisco, TX market and travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations and make decisions with little oversight.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs by using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and work queues.
  • Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts for product campaigns and cross‑platform partnerships.
  • Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
  • Manage existing accounts and drive new growth opportunities.
  • Embrace our culture of supporting others’ success as they grow in their role.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer‑facing, sales, or sales support roles.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel 50–75% within the market to support the customer base.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks with a strong focus on productivity and adaptability.
  • Proficient sales expertise, ability to adapt to audiences, maintain curiosity, and effectively resolve core dealer issues.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as as part of a team.
  • Ability to use and understand technology such as mobile applications and software.
  • High level of accountability toward local goals and business targets.
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Previous auto industry or financial services experience.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Bilingual preferred.
