Hotel:
Mesquite Hampton Inn & Suites 1700 Rodeo Drive Mesquite, TX 75149. Full time. Compensation Range: $23.15 per hour. Compensation is determined by factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Actual pay may differ.

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑obsessed Event/Catering Sales professional to build lasting client relationships, drive revenue, and partner across departments.

• Build lasting client relationships and book events that hit hotel revenue goals.
• Detail and service all group bookings to perfection.
• Prospect via phone calls, events, community networking.
• Create and adjust sales action plans strategically.
• Partner with Sales, Kitchen, Ops to deliver seamless experiences.

• At least 2 years of catering or event sales experience.
• Strong communication skills with clear, confident communication.
• Tech savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office and event software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset focused on client happiness.
• Organizational agility to call the right people and get things done quickly and effectively.
