Responsibilities- This position is responsible for serving asthe property’s leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community.
- and secure lease agreements from qualified person.
- Plans and coordinates resident services activities.
- Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform toFair Housing and ADA.
- Must have tax credit experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Previous leasing experience in related industry required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
