Business Development Specialist (Home Health) – Tarrant County, TX

Ultimate Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven
Business Development Specialist
to join our growing team in the
Tarrant County market.

If you have a passion for healthcare, enjoy building lasting relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. This position is ideal for someone with experience marketing Home Health or Hospice services and an established network of healthcare referral sources.

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, independent living communities, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate new referral opportunities while maintaining existing referral partnerships.
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls and maintain a consistent marketing schedule throughout the Fort Worth territory.
• Represent Ultimate Home Health Care at networking events, community outreach programs, and healthcare meetings.
• Educate referral partners on our Home Health services and demonstrate how we improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and referral satisfaction.
• Track referral activity, sales goals, and account development using CRM software.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet and exceed monthly referral and census growth goals.

• Preferred: 2+ years of Business Development, Healthcare Marketing, Home Health, Hospice, or Medical Sales experience.
• Existing relationships with referral sources in the Fort Worth area are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and grow a healthcare territory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
• Experience using CRM software to manage accounts and sales activities.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
