Job Description
Do you like working out of doors and have experience installing and repairing pool equipment? If so, read on.
Must prove experience in swimming pool equipment & hold a current RAIL license. Seeking experienced pool equipment tech to join a highly respected company. We are looking for a tech that wants to be a part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done right! This is a full time career, not temporary help. Must be a team player with a positive attitude!
Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills REQUIRED. An understanding of electrical and plumbing is REQUIRED!!!
Depending on your level of skill and experience, you can expect the first 1-3 months you'll be assisting other techs to become familiar with our systems, standards and expectations.
Dickson Brothers is a pool equipment install and repair company NOT a pool cleaning route. We install and repair automation, heaters, pumps, filters, and all other required and desired pool equipment.
Starting pay is between $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus perks a year depending on experience.
Qualifications- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Dependability and trustworthiness!!!!
- Comfortable with working outside in all weather
- Good communication skills with customers and company employees
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid TX Driver’s License and clean driving record - we supply your work van and tools, you are responsible for them..
- RAIL license required
- CPO license a major plus but not required
