HVAC Service Technician

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking top performing HVAC Service Technicians with at least 3 years of experience to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes.

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.
• Valid Texas drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history; 5 years preferred.
• EPA certification and TDLR registered with the State of Texas.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently with a high attention to detail.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
• Service knowledge of 16+ SEER systems and heat pumps

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills.
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements and provide replacement options as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview.
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with state and local quality and safety standards.
