• Inspect, diagnose, and replace worn or damaged transmission components, including couplings, gears, and electronic parts.
• Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic transmission issues.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as transmission fluid flushes and oil changes.
• Test‑drive vehicles after repairs to verify that concerns are resolved and the transmission operates correctly.
• Read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

• Fast, streamlined onboarding-completed within days
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, and related technologies (pay based on experience)
