Position: Pool Equipment Installer with RAIL License
Do you like working out of doors and have experience installing and repairing pool equipment? If so, read on. ..Must prove experience in swimming pool equipment & hold a current RAIL license

Seeking experienced pool equipment tech to join a highly respected company.

We are looking for a tech that wants to be a part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done right!

This is a full time career, not temporary help.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude!

Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills REQUIRED An understanding of electrical and plumbing is REQUIRED!!!

Depending on your level of skill and experience, you can expect the 1st 1-3 months you'll be assisting other techs to become familiar with our systems, standards and expectations.

Dickson Brothers is a pool equipment install and repair company NOT a pool cleaning route.

We install and repair automation, heaters, pumps, filters, and all other required and desired pool equipment.

Starting pay is between $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus perks a year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Able to pass a pre-employment background check

Dependability and trustworthiness!!!!

Comfortable with working outside in all weather

Good communication skills with customers and company employees

Attention to detail

Customer service skills

Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems

Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds

Mechanical aptitude

Valid TX Driver’s License and clean driving record - we supply your work van and tools, you are responsible for them..
