Position: Fleet Technician 3 (Entry Level)(Evenings)

Responsibilities
  • Work independently performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs.
  • Use advanced technologies such as voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, and TAAS.
  • Maintain a diverse fleet of automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts.
  • Diagnose vehicle failures, disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software systems, including work orders, vehicle records, part reconciliation, and pre‑trip checklists.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures, supporting Pepsi Co's strong safety culture.
  • Support the operation of one of the largest fleets in North America.
Qualifications
  • Own basic hand tools; diagnostic, ergonomic, and high‑tech equipment will be provided.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, reaching, and handling objects.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a forklift driving skills test (if applicable).
  • Experience:

    Removing and replacing mounted wheels to torque specifications; working under limited supervision; using shop tools (engine hoists, welding, tire work, small tools); following preventive maintenance schedules and documentation; using computers (iPad, desktop, handheld, laptop) for diagnostics; knowledge of hydraulic and air brake systems.
