Job Description:

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products, staging and delivering customer orders, and managing transactions with the business and local vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate material handling equipment to manage inbound and outbound shipments, load and unload trucks, and locate and pick materials within the warehouse.

Ensure all equipment is inspected and safe to operate; report accidents and unsafe conditions.

Stock and organize products to optimize inventory turns.

Perform cycle counts to determine accurate material quantities.

Receive materials into inventory, move materials between locations, and ensure accurate data entry for receipts, inventories, and locations; resolve discrepancies.

Locate parts, ensuring pallets are stable and undamaged, and materials are not left in aisles.

Practice safe material handling techniques.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Work overtime or weekends as required.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of warehouse experience
At least 5 years of forklift experience
Experience with shipping/receiving
Experience using scan guns
Basic computer skills
