Snelling has immediate openings for Warehouse Leads on 1st and 3rd shift in Mesquite.
Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule with required work every other weekend. Pay: $20-24 per hour.
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring efficient execution of receiving, dock activities, and put‑away processes. This role provides direct supervision and hands‑on support to warehouse staff, driving productivity, safety, and accuracy. The Team Lead monitors workflow, assigns tasks, supports training initiatives, and ensures adherence to company policies and operational standards.
