Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Mesquite, TX. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials and products.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipment status, and team performance.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of warehouse staff.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
