Process damaged or defective merchandise by following salvage, donation, vendor return, reverse logistics, hazardous waste and destroy procedures;
Obtain return authorizations from vendors, process vendor chargebacks, and package and ship merchandise returns according to vendor return policies;
Maintain the correct stock / inventory status for all damaged, defective and returned merchandise;
Review daily return reports and process merchandise recalls, tires and battery returns;
Follow safety, filing organization, and lock-up standards; ensure a safe and positive environment for members
