Adecco ricerca Beauty Consultant, tale figura rappresenta un brand prestigioso all'interno delle farmacie assegnate, offrendo consulenze professionali supportate anche da strumenti diagnostici (microcamera) ai clienti, gestendo autonomamente le attivita di vendita e promoteraggio e formando il personale della farmacia. Il ruolo ha l'obiettivo di garantire il raggiungimento del sell-out giornaliero e di presidiare in modo qualificato il punto vendita.
Requisiti
- Esperienza in farmacia e/o profumeria e/o formazione scientifica.
- Capacita di comunicare in modo chiaro, professionale e con argomentazioni scientifiche.
- Forte orientamento al sell-out e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.
