We are hiring a high-level organizer and executor to become the operational backbone of a top-producing mortgage branch.
You will work directly with the branch manager/loan officer daily and help run the business behind the scenes so he can stay focused on clients, relationships, and growth.
This is not an entry-level admin job.
This is a trust position inside a fast-paced, relationship-driven business. If you naturally:

Your mission: protect the Loan Officer’s time, elevate the client experience, and keep the business organized.
Executive Support & Time Management
- Manage the loan officer's calendar and schedule all appointments
- Confirm appointments and prepare meeting notes in advance
- Monitor and triage the email inbox
- Maintain a daily task list and priorities
- Ensure workflow stays on track and organized
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Manage database and follow-up systems
- Send thank-you notes, birthday messages, and client touches
- Coordinate gifts and appreciation programs
- Assist with borrower meetings and document collection
- Handle client and agent communication when appropriate
Operations & Team Coordination
- Track team stats and reporting
- Assist with disclosures and outstanding items
- Maintain records and organization systems
- Support other team members and processors
- Keep the office environment prepared and professional
Marketing & Event Support
- Coordinate client and realtor events
- Help execute marketing campaigns and materials
- Maintain follow-up touchpoints and communication plans

Preferred Experience
- Mortgage, real estate, or banking experience
- CRM/database management
- Customer service or hospitality background
$36,000 - $45,000 yearly
