Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

• Project Documentation:
  Manage, track, and process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project change orders to keep construction moving efficiently.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and quality control.
• Subcontractor Coordination:
  Assist in coordinating subcontractor workflows and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Field Support:
  Spend time on-site tracking progress, verifying field conditions, and assisting with project close-out documentation.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of experience in commercial construction (internship experience will be considered).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and scheduling tools is a plus.
