As a Insurance Account Rep for Nora Vaden Holmes State Farm
, you play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations while ensuring the success of our customers. You will be the bridge between the customer’s needs and our internal teams, helping us grow by fostering strong, long‑lasting client relationships. Your role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and by providing information about relevant products and services. - Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and necessary documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, following up as needed to ensure successful resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and solving problems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
