As a dedicated member of the OnPath FCU team, this role performs a variety of tasks that in partnership with the surrounding departments, provides cost effective financial services for the benefit of our members who are our primary focus. Serves as a dedicated member of the management team and conducts daily business interactions and in constant alignment with the credit union’s mission, culture, and core values. Encourages others to act with mission, culture, and core values in mind at all times. Initiative and judgment are required in the absence of specific direction from management. Is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Accounting/Finance Department.

Directs the activities of subordinate directors, managers and staff. Represents the credit union to members, regulatory agencies, trade organizations and other credit unions.

• Contributes to community outreach through participation in volunteer opportunities presented throughout each year.
• Promotes and maintains a positive image of the credit union to personnel, members, and the community.

• Serves as the liaison between credit union personnel and regulatory authorities in connection with audits and exams. Must comply with the rules and regulations relating to credit union operations and have knowledge of the Federal Credit Union Accounting rules and regulations and be able to interpret them for daily operations.
