Regional IT Support

As a Regional IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary onsite technical resource supporting clinics throughout the New Orleans and Metairie area. Your role ensures clinicians and staff have reliable access to the systems and tools they depend on daily. You will provide hands‑on support for computers, networks, and peripherals; resolve user issues; manage tickets; perform installations and upgrades;

and identify opportunities to improve system stability. This position offers meaningful autonomy and direct visibility across the regional operations team.

• Deliver onsite and remote technical support for computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and networked equipment across regional clinics.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software at affiliate locations.
• Manage and resolve Level I support tickets; document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, printing, VPN, email, and workstation issues.
• Assist with network and server equipment support as assigned.
• Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and track hardware movement.
• Identify recurring technical issues and propose practical solutions to improve reliability.
• Provide user training and one‑on‑one support to ensure effective system use.

• 2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent IT‑related education.

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, endpoint troubleshooting, and hardware configuration.
• Experience using a ticketing system (Zendesk or similar).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and general networking fundamentals.
• Exposure to Cisco Meraki equipment or similar network technologies.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% to regional clinics by car and occasionally by plane.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical users.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.

• MSP experience, healthcare/EMR exposure, Ring Central or VoIP support, and/or CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications.
