- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- At least one year of experience in data trend analysis and quality monitoring
- Hands-on experience with generative AI or agentic systems
- Familiarity with data analytics and AI-driven automation
- Prior exposure to process improvement and knowledge management
- Strong analytical thinking with curiosity about system processes
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating technical information
- Ability to clean, analyze, and present data effectively
