- Design and implement network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Analyze existing network infrastructure and recommend improvements
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Ensure network security through firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support
- Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization
- Collaborate with IT teams for system integration and upgrades
- Prepare technical documentation and network diagrams
- Plan and execute network migrations and upgrades
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking devices
- Understanding of network security principles
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP – preferred)
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Solar Winds, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ (highly valued)
- Experience in enterprise network environments
