The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using the Microsoft Power Platform-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; supporting process‑automation needs through innovative workflow solutions; and working with clients to understand reporting requirements and communicate potential solutions.

• Develop an understanding of SharePoint and MSSQL as backend platforms that support front‑end solutions developed in Power Apps.
• Host meetings with stakeholders to understand their work processes, automation opportunities, and reporting requirements.
• Communicate potential solutions to all relevant stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps applications that support workflows, data entry, and operational processes.
• Develop Power Automate flows to automate business processes, notifications, data movement, and integrations within internal systems.
• Utilize Python to support data transformation, automation logic, and integration tasks when needed.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for users to efficiently navigate and interpret required data.
• Develop and implement routine tests to preserve data integrity across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Triage errors and user expectation gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Bachelor's degree in related field required (Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
• Requires one (1) year to five (5) years Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple projects and determine priorities.
• Proven ability in preparing written communications.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Business Intelligence Reporting experience.
• Microsoft Power Platform or similar certification.
• Working knowledge Oracle Primavera.

• Work is conducted in an office environment (Semi-Private Office).
• Interaction with other team members, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
• May be required to travel out of town on an occasional basis.

• Must be able to lift and carry five (5) pounds.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities which permits the employee to communicate effectively.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observation which permits the employee to conduct analysis and investigations.
• Sufficient manual dexterity which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off‑site locations.
