About the Role
1st and 3rd party coverage experience preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Responsibilities
- Strong skills in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on intricate insurance issues.
- The ability to think strategically and analytically, manage substantial caseloads, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, and overseeing discovery.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience in preparing for trials.
Qualifications
- Strong academic background.
- LA Licensure in good standing.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in insurance coverage litigation.
