The Laborer uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.

• Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant.
• Loads and delivers materials.
• Performs light maintenance.
• Lubricates parts.
• Promptly reports any unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

• Minimum of one year experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.
• Able to prioritize work; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
