Our Pediatric Day Health Care Center is a bright, joyful space designed especially for children with complex medical needs. Here, kids (birth to age
8) receive skilled nursing care and therapies — all while learning, laughing, and playing alongside their peers.
We’re hiring a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor to join our incredible team and amazing kiddos. If you’re ready to lead with purpose and serve your community in a meaningful way… this is it.

✔️ Start your morning assigning staff to classrooms
✔️ Review nursing documentation for quality and compliance
✔️ Greet families and children as they arrive
✔️ Support nurses and aides with interventions and daily activities
✔️ Collaborate with physicians on orders and care plans
✔️ Assist with infection tracking and chart audits
✔️ Educate staff and families on medical needs
✔️ Help organize fun events like fall carnivals or even petting zoos!

Coordinate care for children birth to 8 in a center-based setting
Provide direct patient care as needed
Evaluate nursing interventions and improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians
Support and develop nursing staff professionally
Active Florida RN License
2 years of pediatric nursing experience (within last 5 years)
Current Healthcare Provider CPR (can obtain during orientation)
Management experience preferred (but not required)
