9. What’s creating the need for a contractor? INCREASED CENSUS WITH RECENT RN RESIGNATION 11. Which location will this person report to for their assignment- add info below Full address: 3501 N. CAUSEWAY BLVD, SUITE 200, METAIRIE, LA 70002 12. About how many miles per week will the contractor travel? 250 13. What are the weekly units of productivity expectations? 30-35 POINTS PER WEEK 14.
