• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication management
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients, including fall prevention and infection control measures
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
