Methuen CDJR – part of The Best Automotive Group – is opening a brand‑new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in the heart of the Merrimack Valley, and we’re building our service team from the ground up. We’re hiring Service Technicians at every skill level – from entry‑level lube and tire techs ready to learn, to seasoned Master Technicians with factory certifications. Modern shop, latest equipment, and a team built to keep your hours booked and your bay busy. If you produce, we make sure you get paid – because our comp plan runs on flat‑rate.

Flat rate $22‑$70 per book hour, based on skill level, certifications, and factory training. Sign‑on bonus available for the right candidate with proven CDJR experience. Guarantees available during ramp‑up.

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test‑drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Dispatcher to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with Mopar and manufacturer specifications.
• Turn book hours efficiently while maintaining a comeback‑free quality standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized bay and take care of shop tools and equipment.

• All skill levels welcome – from entry‑level to Master Technician.
• CDJR / Mopar / FCA factory training strongly preferred (and rewarded with a sign‑on bonus).
• ASE certification preferred; support for certification provided for the right candidate.
• Prior dealership experience a plus.
• Own tools appropriate to your skill level.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
