Pediatrics Physician

• Pediatrician Opportunity in Methuen, MAFull Time Permanent Position Boston 30mPosition Overview Full Time Pediatrician role serving community health centers, hospitals, schools, and shelters
• Provide comprehensive and continuing care for both routine and emergency pediatric needs Scope of Duties Deliver direct medical care with adherence to professional standards and evidence-based practices Diagnose and treat pediatric disease processes in varied community settings
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers
• Participate in patient care audits, quality assurance, and utilization review processes
• Maintain accurate and secure medical records for all assigned patients
• Stay current with medical advances through conferences, seminars, CME, and teaching roles Provide on-call coverage, including serving as a backup clinician when needed
• Contribute to relevant committees and represent the health center externally
• Seek continued professional growth and support staff development related to quality improvement
• Flexible to travel between sites as required
• Qualifications Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics (or a relevant pediatric subspecialty) Massachusetts medical license required
• Completion of pediatric residency program in good standing
• Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills
• High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
