Openings are available in Preschool, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, grow within the education field, and positively impact students every day.
Hours & Compensation- School Year
Schedule:
Monday through Friday during regular school hours - Summer School
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, part-time school hours - Competitive pay: $21–$25+ per hour based on experience and education

As a Teacher’s Aide or Educational Instructional Aide, you will work closely with classroom teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students. Candidates who enjoy working with children, supporting student growth, and being part of a collaborative school team are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support
- Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment
- Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day
- Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed, including working with students with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges
- Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence
- Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Para Pro Certification and/or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families
- Experience supporting students with special needs, behavioral support, or emotional development is highly valued
