Job DescriptionSupporting students with toileting & feeding needs; some students may require physical transfers; supporting instruction and implementing programs/lesson plans created by the special education teacher; escorting students to and from pick up/drop off locations during arrival and dismissal; supporting behavior plans as directed by BCBA and/or classroom teacher.
Salary - $32,632
QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience working with children/students
- Experience assisting in program implementation
- Ability to work with professional staff
- Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications.
- Support students with disabilities in inclusive and substantially separate settings
- Needs to assist with a behavior plan implementation
- Provide academic support as needed
- May need to support feeding and toileting need Monitoring for attention, work completion and social navigation
- Perform duties as assigned by school administration
- Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,632 to $32,632 Per Year
