AVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save Partner, seeks an experienced Weatherization and Insulation Crew Lead to join our Sutton, MA team. Lead a crew of three to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility costs, with compensation in the $80,000–$150,000+ range with uncapped commissions.
We expect strong insulation installation skills, organization, and leadership. On-site work 7:15am–4:15pm with potential overtime, and opportunities for growth within the company.
