Site Civil Engineer – Andover Consultants

• Work on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including subdivision roadway layouts, grading and drainage, utility design, stormwater management reports, and state/local permitting.
• Prepare site permitting plans, land development plans, and associated permitting documents and applications.
• Design and analyze site stormwater systems; prepare technical stormwater management reports using HydroCAD to model pre‑ and post‑development conditions.
• Attend and present at client meetings, meetings with town officials, and public hearings.

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil engineering
• Proficient in Civil3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, Hydraflow, and related software
• Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate with team members, clients, and town/city officials
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of critical thinking

Actual compensation will be based upon experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $ per year
