We are an established, family-oriented automotive group with a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and outstanding customer service throughout the region.

ABOUTTHE ROLE
We’re hiring a Finance Manager to run the F&I office at our brand-new Methuen CDJR store. You’ll structure deals, present products with a menu, secure lender approvals, and deliver a compliant, transparent, customer‑first experience — every deal, every time. This is a producer seat: high volume, aggressive comp plan, and a leadership team that lets you do your job.
Compensation: $120,000–$250,000+ per year, paid weekly (base + per-copy + PVR/product‑penetration bonuses). Top of the range is earned — and it’s earned every day in a high‑volume store with strong lender relationships and a well‑trained sales floor feeding you clean deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Structure, present, and close finance and lease deals using a menu‑based, transparent process.
- Present F&I products — VSC, GAP, tire & wheel, appearance, maintenance, and more — with professionalism and full disclosure.
- Secure lender approvals with strong bank relationships; maximize backend gross without overreaching.
- Ensure every deal is 100% compliant with federal, state, and manufacturer requirements — Reg Z, Red Flags, OFAC, adverse action, privacy, and dealer/lender agreements.
- Book, package, and fund deals cleanly and on time.
- Partner with the Sales Manager and Floor Manager on structure, T.O.s, and delivery.
- Coach salespeople on the write‑up, customer expectations, and warm hand‑offs into F&I.
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready deal files and lender submissions.
- Hit and exceed monthly PVR, product‑penetration, and volume targets.
- 2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience required — this is not an entry‑level role.
- CDJR / Mopar / dealership F&I experience strongly preferred.
- Strong lender relationships in the New England market a plus.
- Deep menu‑selling discipline and proven product‑penetration results.
- Working knowledge of F&I compliance — Reg Z, Red Flags, OFAC, adverse action, privacy notices, dealer/lender agreements.
- Proficiency with dealership DMS and F&I platforms (Dealer track, Route One, CDK, Reynolds, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished, professional presence with customers.
- Coachable, process‑driven, and accountable to numbers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Brand‑new store, new inventory, deep lender bench, and a leadership team that respects the F&I seat. Paid weekly. Aggressive comp plan. Real career path to F&I Director and GSM across The Best Automotive Group. If you know how to sell products the right way and keep the deal jacket clean, this is the seat for you.
