Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) The Company:

The Position:

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support to participants as part of an interdisciplinary care team. The client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • $81,000 - $100,000 (Salary Based on Experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Monday–Friday 8am-4pm
  • Outpatient Clinic - Going into the community / homes as needed
  • Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver appropriate interventions
  • Document all services per organizational standards
  • Provide education to participants, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with the medical team
  • Assist with process improvements, policies, and workflow development
  • Must be able to pass a respirator fit test (no facial hair interfering with seal)
  • Local travel as needed
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Massachusetts SLP License
  • At least 1 year of experience working with the elderly
  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • COVID vaccination preferred
