Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Greater Boston. The successful candidate will provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and engage in case management as needed. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and documenting progress. The counselor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and foster patient growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to ensure effective client care
- Strong understanding of Mental Health and Psychology principles to provide evidence-based interventions
- Experience in Relationship Counseling and working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field required
- Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the state of Massachusetts (Required)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of current best practices in mental healthcare
