- Develop efficient staffing schedules, documentation systems, and operational procedures
- Utilize approved behavioral management techniques to maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and funding sources for coordinated care
- Foster a respectful, person-centered environment that encourages growth, stability, and skill development
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Maintain full compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical certifications or licensure preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting individuals with behavioral or clinical challenges
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a residential or clinical setting
- Ability to complete safety, behavioral intervention, and medication administration training
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
