Qualifications &
Experience:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for students across a wide range of ages and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans to support student participation in academics and daily school activities
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide strategies and recommendations
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and assist with ongoing evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student support
Position Details:
- Contract position for the school year
- Onsite only; virtual service is not available
- Located conveniently near Methuen, MA, with services delivered in Andover
- Work with a varied caseload spanning elementary through high school students
- Part-time schedule: three days per week
