Your background as an SLP-CCC is essential to delivering individualized assessments, developing effective intervention strategies, and collaborating with educators and families. Qualifications:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Active Massachusetts SLP License
• Valid Massachusetts Department of Education (DOE) educational certifications
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions in group and individual settings tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as necessary
• Consult and support classroom teachers in implementing strategies for language development
