Restaurant Manager

Pizza Hut -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership in the restaurant to drive customer and team satisfaction and profits.;
Manage human resources functions including performance management, scheduling, recruitment and selection, discipline, coaching, training, and performance appraisals.;
Maintain financials such as inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, and controlling cost of sales and labor.;
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions, and manage deposits and cash handling.;
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and maintain high levels of customer service, product quality, and supplier relations.
