As the Operations Manager, you will be asked to work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Integrated Care to plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations of the Infusion Center. The OM will work to improve the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the Infusions service line through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Infusions Department including, when appropriate, human resources management, budget management, payroll, quality reporting and trending, staffing, and process improvement using Lean methodology. In addition, you will report to the Assistant Director of Integrated Care and work as a member of the management team with a primary responsibility for oversight of the daily administrative operations of the service line as well as the development and implementation of departmental strategies, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND RELATED
EXPERIENCE:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience with managing employees
* Knowledge and experience in performance improvement
* Knowledge and skill in data collection and analysis
* Knowledge of project management principles and practices
* Information technology skills
* Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership in managing staff groups and projects or initiatives
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Open to a collaborative work style
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of LEAN methodology
