MIG Welder

We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join our team in Methuen, MA. The MIG Welder will be responsible for welding metal components using Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) techniques while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

1st shift Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum

• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings

• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder

• Knowledge of welding tools, techniques, and safety practices

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time

Compensation of $20.00 to $25.00 will be based on the interview, shift availability, and weld test results.
